you will need:

- Non white paper. I use Strathmore toned 90gr.

- 2 orangey brown pencils (one a bit darker than the other). I use Polychromos 186 and 187

- a few of the lightest colours you have. I use whichever catch my eye. The brand doesn't matter just use whatever you have ☺️.

- A soft white pencil. My absolute favourite white is Derwent Drawing Chinese white.

- A blending tool. Just whatever you have, even a q-tip. I use a Derwent blending pencil.

- Optional: an orangey brown fineliner. Mine is a Staedtler triplus.

Necesitas:

-Papel que no sea blanco. Yo uso Strathmore toned 90gr.

-2 lápices marrones anaranjados ( uno un poco más oscuro que el otro). Yo uso los Polychromos 186 y 187

-Unos cuántos de los colores más claros que tengas.Uso cualquiera que me llame la atención. La marca no importa, solo usa cualquiera que tengas.😊

-Un lápiz blanco suave. Mi favorito es el blanco Derwent Drawing Chinese White.

-Una herramienta para mezclar. Cualquiera que tengas, incluso un bastoncillo. Yo Uso el lápiz merzclador Derwent ( el blender)

-Opcional: Un rotu de punta fina marrón anaranjado. El mío es el Staesdler triplus.

Use the lighter orangey brown pencil to add lines inside the wing.

Usa el lápiz marrón anaranjado más claro para añadir líneas dentro del ala.

3.🇬🇧

Use your light coloured pencils to make funky scribbles next to the lines and intersections. There are no rules here, do it anyway you like!

Usa tus lápices claros para hacer patrones originales cerca de las líneas e intersecciones. Aquí no hay normas,¡ hazlo como te guste!

4.🇬🇧

Take your white and colour the whole wing. Go right over your coloured scribbles but not over the lines.

Coge el blanco y colorea el ala entera. Pasa por encima de tus patrones coloreados pero no sobre las líneas.

5.🇬🇧

You will be tempted to wipe any pencil 'crumbs' with your hand... DON'T! 😂. Use a large (make-up) brush!

Te entrarán ganas de limpiar cualquier virutilla del lápiz con la mano. ¡No lo hagas!😂

Usa una brocha (de maquillage) grande.

6.🇬🇧

Take your darker orangey brown pencil and go around the outside of the wing.

Coge el lápiz marrón anaranjado más oscuro y pasa alrededor de la parte externa del ala.

7.🇬🇧

Take your lighter orangey brown and make vertical scribbles inside the wing. I scribbled in black above the wing so you can see it better.

Coge el lápiz marrón anaranjado más claro y haz patrones verticales dentro del ala.

Yo he garabateado con negro por encima del ala para que podáis verlo mejor.

You guessed it! Now make horizontal scribble lines!

¡ Lo habéis adivinado!Ahora haced garabatos con líneas horizontales.

9.🇬🇧

Use your white to go over the scribble lines to fade them out a little. Use your lighter orangey brown to add a little shading next to the main lines and intersections. Hold your pencil more towards the end to make sure you apply soft pressure.

If your lines or scribbles look too 'hard' just use any kind of blending tool ☺️

Usad vuestro lápiz blanco por encima de las líneas garabateadas para difuminarlas un poco. Usad vuestro lápiz marrón anaranjado más claro para añadir un poco de sombreado cerca de las principales líneas e intersecciones. Agarrad vuestro lápiz más cerca del final para aplicar poca presión.

Si vuestras líneas o garabatos se aprecian demasiado, usa cualquier tipo de herramienta mezcladora ( blending tool)

Optional! I like to go around the outside with a thin fineliner ☺️
